摘要
针对大型全回转浮式起重机回转下支承结构环形轨道基面尺寸大、加工技术要求高等特点,结合4 000 t浮式起重机建造项目,探讨了大尺寸环形轨道基面的加工工艺。该工艺采用了定制的便携式现场加工设备,具有安装定位简便、加工精度高等特点,为大型钢结构环形端面的加工提供参考。
In light of characteristics like large annular rail base surface demension,higher processing technical requirements of the large full slewing floating crane rotating lower structure,combining the 4 000 t floating crane project,the paper discusses the processing technology of large size annular rail base surface.The technology adopts customized portable site processing equipment,features simple installation positioning,high processing precision,and so on,providing a reference for the processing of large steel structure annular rail.
