摘要
感应加热是一种新型的工业加热方式。文章设计了一种带有无源缓冲电路的感应加热谐振变换器。首先利用Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真研究,然后基于CD4046锁相环实现了对感应加热谐振频率的自动跟踪,最后基于PIC单片机设计和实现了一个3kW超音频感应加热样机,并进行了实验测试。实验结果表明设计的感应加热谐振变换器工作稳定、可靠,加热效率高。
Induction heating is a new type of industrial heating. This paper presents a resonant converter with passive snubber for induction heating. Firstly we use Matlab/Simulink to build a simulation model, and then realize the function of automatic frequency tracking based on CD4046 PLL, finally we design a 3 kW ultra-audio-frequency induction heating prototype, which is controlled by a PIC microcontroller. The results of the experiment show that: the induction heating resonant inverter can work stably, reliably, with a high heating efficiency.
