摘要
针对直接通电加热驱动形状记忆合金(SMA)丝时因电流过大引起元器件发热及带来测量误差的问题,提出基于SMA丝电阻测量的大功率驱动控制电路系统。根据SMA丝的电阻特性以及SMA丝加热电流与相变时间的关系,该系统能够在精确测量SMA丝电阻的同时提供足够大的加热电流,在PI控制器的作用下实现闭环控制,为SMA丝驱动器快速准确控制提供重要参考。
Aimed at heating components and measurement errors due to excessive current when driving the SMA wire by direct electric-thermal heating, this paper introduces a high-power drive control circuit system that founded on the resistance measurement of SMA wire. Based on the resistance characteristics of SMA wire and the relation between heating current and phase transition time of SMA wire, the system not only has an accurate resistance measurement of SMA but also provides high heating current with PI controller for closed-loop control. It provides an important reference for fast and accurate control of SMA wire actuator.
