Double-position milling parameter optimization based on particle swarm optimization

摘要 本文研究了多工位专用机床的切削用量优化问题。以双工位同时工作的钢轨整形机为实例,建立了以进给速度和主轴转速为优化变量,以最低能耗为优化目标的数学模型,并使用粒子群算法进行优化求解,最后通过与现场使用经验参数的实际加工能耗对比,表明该优化方法获取的加工参数具有明显的节能效果。
