摘要
花生四烯酸的CYP450环氧化物酶(主要是CYP2C和2J亚家族)代谢物EETs具有心血管保护作用,包括血管扩张、抗炎、抗血栓、抗细胞凋亡、促进缺血组织平滑肌细胞生长及血管生成等作用。而基因多态性会导致酶活性的下降或酶合成量的减少,使得相应代谢物合成量减少,并可能与疾病的发生息息相关。因此科研工作者从基因出发,寻找疾病的易感基因,以期从分子水平治疗疾病。CYP450环氧化物酶基因突变的位点很多,仅就其花生四烯酸代谢产物之一EETs在心血管中的作用和CYP2 J2中一个普遍存在且具有功能意义的突变点G-50T(即CYP2 J2*7)单核苷酸多态性与心血管疾病关系的研究现状作一综述。
CYP450 epoxide enzyme(mainly CYP2C and CYP2J subfamily) can metabolize arachidonic acid into EETs which have many cardiovascular protective effect,including expansion vessels,anti-inflammatory,anti-thrombotic,anti-apoptosis,the promotion of ischemic tissue growth and angiogenesis of smooth muscle cells.Gene polymorphism reduces enzyme's amount and makes the corresponding reduction in metabolism synthesis,and may be closely related to some disease.Therefore researchers can look for disease susceptibility genes in order to treat disease from the molecular level.CYP450 has many gene mutations,this article makes a review on the present situation of research in the relationship between CYP2J2*7(commonly exist in CYP2J2 and have meaningful function) and cardiovascular disease.
