摘要
走新型工业化道路要求为经济社会发展提供人力资源保障的高职院校培养高素质的劳动者。然而,现行的高职课程体系不能适应这种新的要求。本文从分析新型工业化对劳动力素质的要求入手,探讨了与新型工业化要求相吻合,有利于技能人才培养的高职课程体系。
New path of industrialization has made new demands on workers. Vocational education, providing human resources for the economic and social development, is naturally facing new opportunities and challenges. However, the current vocational curriculum system cannot adapt to the new requirements and challenges. Based on the analysis of new requirements of new industrialization on the quality of labor, this paper explores the vocational curriculum system that highly conforms to the requirements of new industrialization.
