学分银行是开放教育界正在热议和积极筹备中的一个新型的教学管理模式。由于认识上的差异,学分银行的构建和推进并不顺畅。本文综合了目前有关学分银行的观点和做法,并提出与之相关的几点思考和意见,以期引起研究者的兴趣和相关人士的重视,从而使学分银行的决策和操作更加科学合理。

The open education area is now actively preparing for a new kind of education management mode, which is called the credit bank. It is not an easy way to build the credit bank, due to the difference of understanding. In this thesis, all the views ＆ practices taken on the credit bank are integrated, and some thinking and suggestions are given to attract the attention of the researchers and related people, thus, better decisions can be made in building the credit bank.,
