摘要
以"上海市新农村教师专业发展培训项目"中培训活动实效性评估为例,从方法角度阐述如何考察培训活动的实效性。培训活动实效性可以从培训活动开展过程、培训活动的承受客体和实施主体三个角度去考察;反映培训活动实效性的数据可通过组织网络问卷调查、召开不同类型群体座谈会、奔赴培训活动现场实地考察、个别访谈等形式收集;对于数据的解读可使用整体思维关注所有样本的共通问题、使用求异思维寻找不同群体表现出的独特问题、使用联系思维从看似没有关系的结果中发现问题、使用对比思维反映相同问题在不同层面的差距等。
By the case of Assessment of the effectiveness of Shanghai New Rural Teachers' Development Project, how to assess effectiveness of training project was discussed from the method perspective. The effectiveness could be considered from the process of training activities, trainees and the trainers. And the data could be collected by internet questionnaire, seminars for different type of teachers, on-the-spot investigation and interview. For the explanation of data, some common or distinguished characters could be found by using whole thinking way, differential thinking way, relative thinking way and comparative thinking way.
