摘要
本文以"上海市新农村教师专业发展培训项目"为例,从培训课程建设的角度解析了教师在职培训课程开发的模式与特色,分析提出了"后学历补偿时代"教师在职培训的重新定位,概括提出了课程开发团队要着力追求教师在职培训所有相关者集思广益的"团队效应"的主张,点明了高校为中小学在职教师培训量身定制课程以及广大教研员从课程建设的角度加强自身能力建设的实践意义。
This paper takes "Professional Development Training Program for New Rural Teachers in Shanghai (2007-2010)" as an example, interprets the mode and features of in-service teacher training curriculum development from the perspective of curriculum training construction, proposes the repositioning of "post-academic compensation era" in-service teacher training, outlines that curriculum development team should pursue the idea of "team effect", collective wisdom of in-service teacher training, and points that it has great practical significance for the university making courses for in-service primary and secondary teacher training and most teaching and research staff strengthening their capacity-building from the perspective of curriculum development.
