摘要
本文通过中国与德国在音乐教育理念、特点、形式及效果的对比,指出可以德国音乐教育为鉴,将音乐教育作为美育的一个重要组成部分,通过音乐教育来提升人的素质。文章同时认为音乐教育是一个塑造人、开发人的智慧的系统工程,可使人的自然素质得到改造,所以应重视学生的音乐教育。
Through the comparative study of music education in education philosophy, characteristics, forms and effects between China and Germany, taking the success of Germany music education as a warning, this paper emphasizes the importance of aesthetic education for China＇s social development and national quality improvement. China＇s education reform should upgrade music education to a new starting point.
