从政府、企业、社会三方视角,建立三方动态博弈的企业社会责任分析模型。然后根据动态博弈模型求出三方利益最大化的均衡解,最后,提出了促使企业承担社会责任的对策。

This paper has set up a model of corporate social responsibility based on three-side dynamic game theory between the government,enterprises and society.We have calculated a balanced solution to maximizing tripartite benefits according to three-side dynamic game.Finally countermeasures are put forward to promote corporate social responsibility.
