摘要
目的研究利凡诺体外抗白念珠菌的活性。方法参照NCCLSM27-A方案中的微量稀释法测定氟康唑单独及联合利凡诺时对白念珠菌的M IC;用含10%小牛血清的RPMI1640液体培养基诱导菌丝形成,检测利凡诺对白念珠菌菌丝形成的影响;分别用透射电镜及扫描电镜观察白念珠菌在利凡诺作用前后的超微结构的变化。结果利凡诺在体外可以明显提高氟康唑对白念珠菌的敏感性;利凡诺具有明显抑制白念珠菌菌丝形成的能力;利凡诺作用后的白念珠菌细胞壁有缺陷。结论利凡诺在体外具有明显的抗白念珠菌的活性。
Objective To investigate antifungal effects of ethacridine against Candida Albicans in vitro.Methods Refer to NCCLSM27-A micro-dilution method,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of fluconazole alone and in combination with ethacridine was determined.The formation of hypha was induced by cultured in RPMI1640 culture medium containing 10% calf serum,and the effect of ethacridine on hyphal formation of Candida Albicans was evaluated.The ultra-structure of Candida Albicans treated with ethacridine was observed under transmission electron microscope(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results Candida Albicans were hypersensitive to fluconazole with the combination of ethacridine in vitro;Ethacridine could inhibit the hyphal formation and influence the synthesis of cell wall in Candida Albicans obviously.Conclusion Ethacridine have antifungal activity against Candida Albicans in vitro.
