摘要
针对世界各地不同的隧道地质和水文特点,开发了不同类型和原理的施工设备,持续的研发使隧道施工水平不断提高。当今的盾构技术已经能够处理水压达到15bar的不稳定工作面。本文主要介绍隧道机械化施工技术在经济性和环保方面具有的优势,并提出项目设备最新投入可能的观点,还重点论述了为解决当今某些特殊的工程条件,在设备上开展的创新和设计方法。
According to different tunnel geologic and hydrological characteristics,develop the different types and principles of construction equipments,continuous research and development make tunnel construction technology constantly upgrade.Now,the shield can work on unstable face under 15 bar water pressure.This paper introduces the superiority of economic and environmental protection of tunnelling mechanized construction,points out the possibility of equipment investment,focusing on the equipment innovation and design method to solving some special conditions.
