农村内部收入不平等变动的成因——基于回归分解的研究途径

The Causes for Change of Rural Income Inequality:Based on Regression-based Decomposition

近年来中国农村居民收入持续增长,但是农村收入差距却持续扩大。采用回归分解的方法,利用吉林省农户抽样调查数据,对农村内部收入不平等及其变动趋势的成因进行分析。研究结果表明,劳动力投入、工资性收入和人力资本对农户收入的增加起到明显的作用;影响农村收入不平等水平的要素有劳动力投入、耕地、工资性收入、人力资本要素以及地区差异;耕地、工资性收入和劳动力投入对农村内部收入不平等的增加有显著影响,其中耕地的作用占51.60%,超过一半的解释能力,而教育对降低收入不平等水平有一定的作用。

In recent years the China rural resident received the sustained growth of income,but income gap continued to expand.By using sample survey data in rural areas of Jilin Province,the paper applied regression-based decomposition methods in the study of the causes for rural income inequality and its change.The study shows that labor input,wage income and human capital play a significant role on the increase of farmers＇ income.The factors which impact on rural income inequality include： the level of labor input,arable land,wage income,human capital,as well as regional differences.Arable land,wage income and labor inputs have significantly affect on the increase of rural income inequality,and arable land function accounts for 51.60% which is more than half of the explanatory ability.Education has a role on reducing the income inequality.
