腹腔镜下胆总管探查一期缝合治疗肝外胆管结石68例

Laparoscopic Treatment of Common bile Duct Exploration Suture of 68 Cases of Extrahepatic Bile Duct Stone

目的:探讨腹腔镜下胆总管探查+一期缝合治疗肝外胆管结石的可行性及适用范围。方法:68例肝外胆管结石患者接受腹腔镜下胆总管探查+一期缝合治疗,观察统计各项指标。结果:68例全部治愈。无胆漏、腹腔出血、结石残留、胆管狭窄等并发症。结论:熟练掌握内镜及腔镜微创技术,把握好腹腔镜下胆总管探查+一期缝合治疗肝外胆管结石的适应证,该法是安全、可行的。

Objective：Explore the feasibility and scope of Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration of a suture treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone.Methods： 68 cases of patients with extrahepatic bile duct stones Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration ＋ suture of treatment,observation of statistical indicators Results： Satisfactory outcome was obtained,neither conversion,residual stones,no seriousafter-effect observed.Conclusion：Master endoscopy and endoscopic minimally invasive techniques,a good grasp of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration ＋ a suture treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone indication,the method is safe and feasible.
