摘要
目的:探讨上消化道手术后早期肠内营养支持的可行性。方法:将78例上消化道手术后患者分成肠内营养支持组40例和肠外营养组38例,比较两组营养指标、肛门排气及排便时间、住院天数及术后并发症。结果:肠内营养组术后7 d其营养指标明显高于对照组,肛门排气及排便时间、住院天数及术后并发症均明显小于对照组。结论:肠内营养在肠道功能存在的前提下,其优越性远高于肠外营养支持途径。
Objective：Purpose： discuss the feasibility of EEN after Upper digestive tract operation.Methods：Compare nutrition index 、exhaust air、defecation time、hospital day、postoperative complication through 40 EN group and 38 PN group.Results： Postoperative nutrition index in EN group after 7days have an advantage than PN,exhaust air、defecation time、hospital day、postoperative complication less than PN（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：When intestinal tract functions exist,EN support is outstrip than PN.
