摘要
目的:探讨上消化道手术后早期肠内营养支持的可行性。方法:将78例上消化道手术后患者分成肠内营养支持组40例和肠外营养组38例,比较两组营养指标、肛门排气及排便时间、住院天数及术后并发症。结果:肠内营养组术后7 d其营养指标明显高于对照组,肛门排气及排便时间、住院天数及术后并发症均明显小于对照组。结论:肠内营养在肠道功能存在的前提下,其优越性远高于肠外营养支持途径。
Objective:Purpose: discuss the feasibility of EEN after Upper digestive tract operation.Methods:Compare nutrition index 、exhaust air、defecation time、hospital day、postoperative complication through 40 EN group and 38 PN group.Results: Postoperative nutrition index in EN group after 7days have an advantage than PN,exhaust air、defecation time、hospital day、postoperative complication less than PN(P〈0.01).Conclusions:When intestinal tract functions exist,EN support is outstrip than PN.
