对护士进行心理干预与静脉穿刺成功率相关性的研究

Research in Relationship of Psychological Intervention and Improving Venipuncture Success Rate for the Nurse

目的:探讨对护士进行心理干预与静脉穿刺成功率的相关性。方法:对150名护士进行应对方式问卷、意志力自我测试、一般自我效能量表、静脉穿刺成功率[3]测试后,在常规心理教育的基础上,针对心理状况评定结果,给予系统的心理行为干预。6个月后重复以上测试并对结果进行统计学分析(静脉穿刺结果测评前护士不进行静脉穿刺的强化及培训)。结果:进行心理干预后150名护士的意志力、自信心、应对方式、静脉穿刺成功率均较干预前提高且意志力、自信心和应对方式方面的得分与静脉穿刺成功率呈正相关性。结论:对护士进行心理干预是提高静脉穿刺成功率的一个可行的方法及途径。

Objective：To explore the relationship between psychological intervention and venipuncture success rate for the nurse.Methods：150 nurses on the ways of Coping Questionnaire,will power,self-tests,general self-efficacy scale,the success rate of vein puncture tests,psychological education in general,based on the assessment results for the psychological condition,psychological andbehavioral interventions given to the system.6 months after the repeat tests and the results were statistically analyzed.（The results of evaluation prior to venipuncture venipuncture nurses without strengthening and training）.Results ：For positive psychological intervention of willpower,self-confidence,coping styles and venipuncture success rate were higher than those in the control group nurse And willpower,confidence and coping with venipuncture the score was positively correlated with success rate.Conclusions： Psychological intervention to nurse was a feasible method and approach which could improve venipuncture success of rate.
