Technology of 3500 mm Steckel Mill and Development of Construction Machinery Steel and Pipeline Steel

摘要 简要介绍了安钢3 500 mm炉卷轧机的生产工艺特点和技术优势。安钢炉卷轧机生产线采用超宽中厚板坯配以单机架炉卷轧机的工艺配置,在生产薄宽规格上具有独特优势,而轧制道次间隔时间长、中厚板坯压缩比低又对生产高品质中厚板带来技术难度。为此,在炉卷轧机生产技术条件下,通过成分设计、优化加热制度与再结晶区和未再结晶区控制轧制技术参数,达到了开发高品质钢板产品的目的,并形成了炉卷轧机独特的宽幅薄钢板生产优势。 The production technological features and technical predominance of 3 500 mm Steckel mill were introduced.The production line of Steckel mill of Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.adopted super-wide slab for medium plate with the single-frame Steckel mill,which had a unique advantage of wide or thin steel plate production but had some technical difficulties in producing high quality medium plate because of its longer rolling pass interval and lower compression ratio of medium slabs.Therefore,under the production specifications of steckel mill,the high quality steel plates were developed successfully by designing the compositions of steel plates and optimizing the heating rules and the controlled rolling technical parameters both in recrystallized region and unrecrystallized region.The unique advantage of producing wide thin steel plates by Steckel mill was achieved,too.
