连续退火中带钢表面横向条纹缺陷产生机制及其治理技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对带材在连续退火过程中表面的横向条纹缺陷问题,充分结合连续退火机组的设备与工艺特点,在完成了平整轧制速度对横向条纹影响试验、炉内带钢运行速度对带钢表面横向条纹的影响试验、连退炉内各炉辊表面状况调查试验、炉内张力对横向条纹的影响试验等4项现场试验研究的基础上,详细分析了连退机组带钢表面横向条纹缺陷的产生机制,提出了相应的带钢表面横向条纹综合治理措施,并根据实际情况,将相关技术推广应用到某连续退火机组的生产实践,制定出了详细的技术方案,取得了良好的使用效果,有效地提高了带材的表面质量,为现场创造了较大的经济效益。 For the problem of the horizontal stripes defect on the strip surface in the continuous annealing process,fully integrated with equipmental and technological features of the continuous annealing line,and based on such four field trials as the impact test of the rolling speed on the horizontal stripe,the impact test of the speed of strip in furnace on the horizontal stripes,the investigation test of furnace-roller's surface in annealing furnace and the impact test of the tension in furnace on horizontal stripes,the generation mechanism of horizontal stripes defects of the strip in continuous annealing unit were analyzed in detail,and the comprehensive control measures for horizontal strips was put forward.According to actual situation,the relevant technology was applied to the continuous annealing line,and a detailed technical scheme was worked out.The strip surface quality is improved effectively and larger economic benefits are obtained.
