Agouti基因的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 鼠灰色(Agouti)基因是控制动物毛色的重要基因之一。Agouti基因位点控制着毛囊内真黑素和棕黑素的相对数量。Agouti基因结构复杂,其位点不是单一的基因位点,而是含有许多等位基因的位点。Agouti基因表达会引起棕黑素的产生,而Agouti基因不表达则会引起真黑素的转换。文章对Agouti基因结构、作用机理、定位与多态性检测进行了综述,旨在为动物品种资源的保护与利用提供理论依据。
