日粮中添加缩合单宁对延边黄牛瘤胃氮消化的影响

摘要 饲料蛋白质资源紧缺是一个世界性的问题,我国由于人口众多,资源有限,缺乏尤为严重。如何提高蛋白质的利用率已经成为一个倍受瞩目的问题。SlanikoveN等研究发现,植物中的单宁可以与蛋白质、纤维物质相结合,但结合的能力不同。BarryTN等在试验中给绵羊饲喂不同分子质量的缩合单宁,发现在同样浓度条件下,
