摘要 表面纳米化技术能通过往复加载使钢铁材料表面发生强烈塑性变形而实现纳米化,在表面形成纳米-微米梯度结构。这种独特的结构既能为研究形变诱发的纳米化机理和宽尺寸范围内结构与性能关系提供理想样品,又能显著地提高钢铁材料整体的综合性能和服役行为,因此可望在工业上取得实用。表面纳米化因丰富的学术和应用价值得到国内外广泛关注,并已成为纳米材料研究的一个重要方向,因此从制备、结构、性能和化学处理等方面介绍表面纳米化研究工作已取得的进展。 Surface nanocrystallization(SNC) was a new surface treatment technique for metals,which can provide repeated loads acting on the metal surface,and a gradient nano-micro-structured surface layer can be synthesized on ferrous material through intense plastic deformations.This unique gradient structure can not only be used to study deformation-induced grain refinement mechanisms and structure-property relationships within a wide-range(from nano-to micro-meters),but also significantly enhance over-all properties and behaviors of ferrous material,therefore it was expected to achieve practice application.Recently,more and more investigations were focused on the SNC due to its scientific and technological interests,and the SNC become a new branch for the development of the nano-materials.Investigation results on the SNC technique,including synthesizing methods,structure,property and chemical treatment,were presented.
