摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元软件对半无头轧制超长铸坯均热过程中的温度场变化进行了数值模拟。在建模过程中,利用ABAQUS的用户子程序USDFLD和FILM,采用改变材料导热系数和与环境的综合换热系数的方法,模拟了铸坯进入均热炉的过程,使模型的计算量大幅减小,计算结果与现场实测数据吻合较好。计算了拉坯速度分别为4、5和6 m/min时,长40、80、120和160 m铸坯的温度场变化,发现在拉坯速度为4 m/min时,铸坯尾部入炉15 min后,4种长度铸坯的纵向温差均可控制在30℃以内;提高连铸机的拉坯速度可以使铸坯均热所需的时间明显缩短。
The change of temperature field during the soaking of the slabs used for semi-endless rolling was simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.For the purpose of simulating the process of slabs getting into the soaking furnace,the method of changing thermal conductivity and convective heat transfer coefficient was used in this model by the USDFLD and FILM of the ABAQUS user subroutines.This model could reduce the complexity of computation,and the results had a good agreement with the measured data.The slabs with the length of 40,80,120 and 160 meters were used to calculate the change of its temperature field respectively when the casting speeds were 4,5 and 6 m/min.The results show that the temperature difference of the slabs is within 30 ℃ in the longitudinal direction when the slab end is in the furnace about 15 min at the casting speed of 4 m/min.The increase of casting speed of continuous caster could make the time shorter for the soaking of slabs.
