我国解决民族问题的政治制度探析

A Probe into Chinized Marxist Outlooks on the System of Regional Ethnic Autonomy

自决制、联邦制、单一制共和国前提下的区域自治制是马克思主义解决民族问题的三种政治制度形式。中国共产党人以此为理论基础,结合实际,在解决民族问题上提出了富有创造性的理论观点。实行单一制共和国前提下的民族区域自治,要突出"三结合",即区域因素与民族因素、政治因素与经济因素、历史因素与现实因素的结合;坚持"四原则",即平等、民主、法制、照顾原则;做到"三不容",即基本经验不容置疑、基本制度不容动摇、政治优势不容削弱。民族区域自治是中国化马克思主义民族观的集中体现,作为解决我国民族问题的政治制度,是史无前例的伟大创举。

The system of self-determination,federalism and autonomism are the three national political systems in the form of Marxism to solve ethnic issues.Chinized marxist outlooks on the system of regional ethnic autonomy was based on theories.Implementing a single system of regional autonomy should highlight the three combinations,i.e.,regional factors and national factors,political and economic factors,historical factors and the reality of a combination of factors,and adhere to the four principles,namely,the principles of equality,democracy,rule of law.Three can not be,namely,the basic experience can not be doubted,the basic system can not be shaken,the political advantage can not be weakened.The system of regional ethnic autonomy as a political system to solve ethnic issues was an unprecedented creation.
