摘要
本文主要介绍了宏程序的编制方法,并通过钻孔及车削加工实例探讨了宏程序编制中应考虑的问题。通过宏程序的应用,实现了灵活多变的加工方式及同一形状不同尺寸零件的加工循环,提高了零件加工效率和质量。
It was introduced of NC macro programming. It was discussed the problems should be paid attentions to in programming by drilling and turning examples. By NC macro, it was realized part of similarity geometry was manufactured by cycle instructions in machining. It was improved part quality and cutting efficiency.
