基于证据理论的可靠性优化设计在减速器设计中的应用

摘要 在齿轮减速器的设计、生产和使用过程中有很多不确定性,这些不确定性对减速器的可靠性有很大的影响。文中对只考虑区间变量的基于证据理论的优化设计方法进行改进,在优化设计中同时考虑区间变量和随机变量。该方法的核心是:在区间段内使用顶点法估算极限状态函数的极值,使用一阶可靠度方法在极值点处估计极限状态函数的可靠度极值,然后建立相应的优化设计数学模型。最后使用文中建立的数学模型对某斜齿轮减速器进行基于证据理论的可靠性优化设计。 In optimization design of gear reducer, a lot of uncertainties affect the reliability of gear reducer. In this paper, an improved evidence-based optimization method is developed to consider the interval variables and random variables simultaneously. The main steps are: 1) Estimate the extreme value of the limit state function within the intervals via vertex method; 2) Use the first order reliability method to estimate the reliability at the extreme value point of the limit state function; 3) Use EBDO to optimize the ohjective function. Finally, the reducer design is used to illustrate the proposed method.
