介绍了单螺杆塑料挤出机使用的加料斗中粒状固体物料在无外力而靠重力作用下的流动原理,指出了料斗中常见的流动问题,分析了加料斗的几何截形对粒料流动的影响,推荐了避免流动问题的结构,为加料斗的结构设计提供参考。
This paper focuses on the analysis of structural design of hopper, according to the flowing principle of grainy solid material depending on the gravity. It indicates familiar flowing problem in the hopper. It construes the effect of geometry shape, and the structure of avoiding it. It discusses the design considerations.
