摘要
运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立某种筒体法兰的有限元分析计算模型,并在最高使用压力及螺栓预紧力等载荷条件下对其进行数值模拟,得到最大的应力应变分布。在此静态分析的基础上,通过疲劳分析模块进行疲劳仿真计算,估算其疲劳寿命耗用系数,从而为筒体法兰进一步的结构设计提供必要的理论依据。
The finite element calculating model for the cylinder flange is established by using ANSYS in this paper, and the finite element simulating is proceeded at the highest using pressure and bolt pre-tightening etc load conditions, with which the distribution of maximum stress and strain displaeement. On the basis of the static analysis, the fatigue simulation calculation have been obtained by the fatigue analysis module. With the fatigue simulative analysis, the fatigue life using coefficients is estimated, all these can be the means for providing necessary theoretic basis for further improving the structure design of the cylinder flange.
