摘要
结合TiO2还原的途径,对高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿石渣-铁界面及渣-焦界面TiO2的还原进行热力学分析,研究温度、TiO2活度、鼓风对TiO2的还原的影响,从热力学分析的角度总结高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿石,减少钛的还原产物的途径。
The reaction of slag-iron interface and slag-coke interface are analysised combined with reduction of TiO2. By analying, temperature of blast furnance, γTIO2, blast volume are very important to the reduction of TiO2. The reason of temperature of cinder notch slag are higher than roughing slag are analyzed by applying blast furnance, γTIO2. With the change of TiC and TiN in BF, influence of temperature, γTiO2, blast volume and temperature blast furnance are analysised.
