X线引导下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石疗效观察

Efficacy of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Holmium:YAG Laser Lithotripsy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi under the guidance of radio graphy

目的探讨X线引导下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法将我科收治的上尿路结石116例,随机分为钬激光碎石组和气压弹道碎石组,各58例,比较2组治疗疗效。结果钬激光碎石组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间均低于气压弹道碎石组(P<0.05);钬激光碎石组一次碎石成功率则高于气压弹道组(P<0.05),未出现气胸、肠道损伤、大出血等手术并发症。结论 X线引导下经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗上尿路结石具有高效、安全的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Obective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Holmiurn：YAG Laser Litho-tripsy for the treatment of upper urinary calculi under the guidance of radiography.Methods 116 cases of upper ureteral calculi were treated in this hospital including 58 cases of holmium：YAG laser lithotripsy（LL）,and 58 cases of pneumatic lithotripsy（PL）. Results The average operative time and postoperative stay of LL were shorter than that of PL（P〈0.05）. The average operative blood loss and was lower in LL（.P^0.05）.The average successful rate of stone fragmentation was higher in PL（P〈0.05）.No severe complications occurred.Conclusion The Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Holmium：YAG Laser Lithotripsy guide by radiography appears to be efficacious and safe for disintegrating and removing upper urinary calculi.
