直肠癌患者造瘘术后的综合护理干预

Colostomy After Rectal Cancer Patients Integrated Care Intervention

目的探讨综合护理干预在直肠癌患者造瘘术后的临床价值。方法 2007年1月至2011年1月我院共收治的64例直肠癌患者随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),2组患者均按其具体病情接受相应的外科手术、内科化疗和常规护理,观察组在此基础上实行全程个体化的综合护理干预,而对照组仅给以传统的支持性护理干预。结果观察组的患者的平均住院天数、平均医疗费用、护理满意程度、术后并发症、心理改善状态、患者生活质量等方面均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预可有效利用医疗资源、提高护理质量、提升患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention in cancer clinical value in patients after colostomy.Methods From January 2007 to January 2011 were treated in our hospital,64 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group （32 cases） and the observation group （32 cases）,two groups of patients according to their specific condition to accept the appropriate surgical surgery,chemotherapy and conventional medical care,based on the observation group in the full implementation of this comprehensive individualized nursing intervention,while the control group,only give the traditional supportive care interventions.Results The group of patients,the average length of stay, average medical costs,nursing satisfaction,pestoperative complications,to improve the status of mental patients and ＂other aspects of quality of life were significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The integrated care intervention can effectively use medical resources,improve quality of care,improve patient satisfaction,should he widely applied.
