This paper analyzed and described the characteristic of conductive electrode arm made ofaluminium, and also analyzed the supersized all aluminium alloy electrically-conductive electrode arm for LF using by the three-dimensional building model and FEA, at the same time compared with the correlative mechanical and electric etc. technical data of corresponding LF conductive arm which designed by foreign company, comparatively obtained to the reasonable structural parameters of the super-sized Al-alloy conductive ann for LF.
