摘要
根据理论计算并结合实践,对密排管式水冷烟道和普通套管式水冷烟道的冷却效果、循环水路的合理性、制造成本进行了比较,得出了密排管式水冷烟道在矿热炉应用中的优势。
This paper compared the cooling effect, the rationality of circulation waterways and manufacturing costs of dense spreading tube type water-cooling flue with ordinary casing type water-cooling flue through the theory calculation and the practice, a conclusion indicates that dense spreading tube type water-cooling flue has advantage in the application of submerged arc furnace.
