摘要
针对某1450mm冷连轧机主传动系统进行参数化建模,计算固有频率、主振型、扭矩放大系数,采用灵敏度分析量化了主传动系统各部件的转动惯量和扭转刚度对固有频率的影响,并通过现场实测数据对转动惯量进行验证。
In the paper, established parameterize model for a 1450mm tandem cold mill's main drive system, calculated its nature frequency, principal vibration pattern and torsion amplitude factor. The calculated result of sensitivity analysis estimated the effect of moments of inertia and torsion rigidities to nature frequency, The moments of inertia were approved by the survey on the site.
