摘要
从日本今井的Φ函数计算厚度分配公式中直接推导出Φ计算公式,从而将能耗负荷分配方法在八机架、七机架两套热连轧机上得到成功应用。该方法使负荷分配十分简便,去掉了目前所有负荷分配方法的迭代计算。并较详细分析了推广应用它的必要性,从而详细介绍了目前从日本、德国、美国等引进的负荷分配方法存在的问题,从而证明推广Φ函数负荷分配方法的必要性。
In this paper, from of the Ф function formula for calculating the thickness of the allocation formula of Japanes Jinjing derived directly Ф, which has been in power load distribution method in 8 rack, seven rack on the successful application of hot strip mill. This approach allows load distribution is very simple and removed all of load distribution method of the present iterative calculation. This more detailed analysis of the need to promote the use of it, allowing a detailed description of the current from Japan, Germany, the United States and other method of load distribution problems, and thus prove that Фfunction to promote the need for load distribution method.
