摘要
利用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件建立实体模型,对某DN1800微水节能型热风阀阀体进行流体和热分析;通过以上分析结果,可以对热风阀阀体结构进行改进实现微水节能。
Valve body solid model of DN1800 minimum cooling water hot blast valve is established by ANSYS and Floworks software of solidworks, and fluid and thermal on the model are analyszed. Through the analysis, hot blast valve can be improved to realize the design goal that minimum cooling water is used.
