摘要
结合生产实际,通过对圆盘剪切边时经常出现的钢板跑偏现象进行分析,查找出造成钢板跑偏的诸多原因,并有针对性的提出预防措施和相对应解决办法,有效的解决了钢板跑偏问题,保证了圆盘剪的切边质量,提高了生产率。
The article based on production practice, analyzed the cause of the plate Missed Cutting Line Problem during cutting for rotary side trimming shear, focusing on the problem improving measures and solutions method, successfully resolves the Missed Cutting Line Problem, improving the shearing quality and increasing the production efficiency of the rotary side trimming shear.
