摘要
介绍了钢铁行业二氧化硫污染现状,烧结烟气的特点及主要控制技术。结合昆钢玉溪钢厂2×105m2烧结机情况,阐述了玉钢烧结烟气脱硫方式的选取原则。最后通过对玉钢氨法烧结烟气脱硫系统试运行期间各项参数的分析比较,验证了氨法脱硫技术的合理性。
The situation of pollution and characteristic and control technology in SO2 discharge at iron and steel industry is described in this article. Combined with the characteristics of 2 ×105m2 sintering machine of Yuxi I- ron ＆ Steel of Kunming Steel, expatiated on the selected principles of desulphurization technique. Finally,by comparing the parameters during the period of test operation of ammonia desulphurization system, results prove the validity of the ammonia desulphurization technique.
