摘要
建立了快速测定地表水和饮用水中甲萘威、灭多威、克百威、残杀威、涕灭威、杀线威6种氨基甲酸酯类农药的超高效液相色谱串联质谱分析方法。水样用等体积乙腈提取,经微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样,在UPLC BEH C18色谱柱上分离,正离子电喷雾多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,外标法定量。线性范围为0.1~10μg/L或1~100μg/L,相关系数均大于0.999;检出限为0.01或0.1μg/L,5.0μg/L浓度水平的平均加标回收率为98%~101%(n=6),RSD均小于5%。方法专属、灵敏、快速、准确。
A rapid method was established to detect six carbamates in surface and drinking water by UPLC-MS/MS.Water sample was initially prepared by acetonitrile extraction and membrane filtration simply.Good linear relationships were observed in the range of 0.1~10μg/L or 1.0 ~100μg/L.The LODs were 0.01 or 0.1μg/L.The average spiked(5.0μg/L) recovery were 98% ~101%(n=6).The RSDs were less than 5%.The method was selective,sensitive,rapid and accurate.
