摘要
对中药火绒草乙醇提取物的正丁醇层的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。采用硅胶柱色谱法、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱法和制备高效液相等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数和谱学方法鉴定了其化学结构。从火绒草中分离得到了4个化合物,并鉴定了其结构(1-{3-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2,3-di-hydro-2-[1-(hydroxymethyl)vinyl]-1-benzofuan-5-yl}-ethanone 1),小檗碱(berberin 2),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol 3),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol 4)。四个化合物分别为苯并呋喃类化合物1个,生物碱类化合物1个,甾体类化合物2个,其中化合物1首次从植物火绒草中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents of the n-BuOH extract part of the herbal Leontopodium leontopodioides(Wild.) Beauv.Ethanol extract.The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC techniques,their structures were confirmed on the basis of spectral analysis.Four compounds were isolated and identified as 1-{3-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-2,3-dihydro-2-[1-(hydroxyme-thyl)vinyl]-1-benzofuan-5-yl}-ethanone(1),berberine(2),daucosterol(3),β-sitosterol(4).Compound 1 was isolated from this herb firstly.
