摘要
为研究倾角、着速、攻角、靶体材料等因素对动能弹侵彻响应的影响,采用正交试验方法设计了数值试验和4参数3水平的正交表,进行了侵彻过程中的参数敏感性分析。经过对参数的研究,得到了影响动能弹侵彻动力学响应的主要因素。研究表明:着速和倾角对弹体减速度影响较大;影响剩余速度的主要因素是着速、倾角、基层强度;倾角和攻角对弹体的偏转影响较大。
The ballistic responses of the penetration KE-projectile into the airstrip are highly dependent upon the impact velocity,oblique angle,yaw angle and the properties of the targets.In order to study the effects of these parameters on the ballistic responses,a numerical screening study of the interaction between a penetrator and airstrip is carried out.The planning of the numerical experiment is based on the orthogonal array OA(9,4,3),which allows 9 simulation runs with 4 parameters at 3 levels each.The four parameters chosen for this study are:velocity,oblique angle,yaw angle and the strength of the second layer.The analysis of the simulation is based on main effects plots and analysis of variance,and is performed using three metrics:the residual velocity,the maximum value of the deceleration and the last state of the penetrator.The last penetrator state is defined as the rotation angle of the penetrator axis.This screening study shows that the velocity and the oblique angle had a major influence on the deceleration,and that the velocity,the oblique angle and the strength of the second layer are the main effects on the residual velocity,and that the yaw angle and the oblique angle had strongest effect on the deflection of penetrator.
