TMCP工艺试制低碳贝氏体Q550D高强钢

摘要 采用低碳Cr-Mo微合金化成分设计思路,配以控轧控冷工艺在天钢中厚板厂3500mm轧机上成功轧制出Q550D级低碳贝氏体高强钢。对轧制的Q550D钢板进行了力学性能检测,同时对该钢的显微组织进行了分析。结果表明,研制的Q550D中厚钢板的组织类型主要为针状铁素体+粒状贝氏体,力学性能完全能够满足GB/T1591—2008要求,且低温冲击韧性和Z向性能优异。 Q550D graded low carbon high strength bainite steel plate was successfully trailed and rolled on 3 500 mm Plate Rolling Mill,TISCO by means of low carbon Cr-Mo microalloying in combination with TMCP process.The mechanical properties of Q550D plate were inspected and its microstructure was analyzed.Test results indicated the structures of trailed Q550D plate were mainly acicular ferrite and granular bainite.Its mechanical properties could well meet the requirement by GB/T1591-2008 Standard and low temperature impact toughness and Z direction properties were especially excellent.
