中厚板在生产的各个过程中会产生各种浪型缺陷,为了保证钢板的平直度,天钢在3500mm中厚板轧机加速冷却装置后设置了一台热矫直机,用于轧后及加速冷却后钢板的矫直。主要介绍了热矫直机的控制方式和控制特性,并对其中重要的控制功能进行了详述。通过对矫直机的控制,提高了钢板的平直度,满足了市场和用户对钢板的质量要求。
The medium and heavy plate can present wave defect during every procedure in production.In order to ensure plate flatness,TISCO installed a hot leveler after accelerated cooling equipment at 3 500 mm Plate Rolling Mill to level the plate after rolling and ACC.The paper introduces the control method and characteristics of hot leveler and explains in detail the important control functions.After its flatness was improved by leveler control,the plate met the demand by market and the customer on quality.
