摘要
对钢中非金属夹杂物显微评定的精确度进行详细研究,分析了造成评定不够精确的原因,对如何严格按照国家标准,既需要定性判断非金属夹杂级别,又需要定量长度、宽度、数量进行测量、分析计算和数理统计,有效提高钢中非金属夹杂物显微评定的精确度进行了论述和总结。
The precision of micro evaluation of non-metallic inclusion in steel is studied in detail and the cause for non-precise evaluation analyzed.The paper discusses and summarizes how to strictly follow national standard to judge non-metallic inclusion class qualitatively and at the same time to conduct measurement,analysis,calculation and mathematical statistics on length,width and number quantitatively,in order to effectively improve the precision of micro evaluation of non-metallic inclusion in steel.
