优秀运动员个性化教育的理论与实践探索

Research on the Elite Athletes' Individualized Education

运用文献资料法、质的研究方法、逻辑分析法,以我国自由式滑雪空中技巧队为个案研究对象,深入分析优秀运动员个性化教育的内涵、意义、方法及保障。结果表明,对优秀运动员实施个性化教育的意义体现在:将重视运动员文化教育落到实处、调动运动员学习的积极性以及提高学习效果三个方面;优秀运动员的个性化教育包括自学、网络教学及"送教上门"三种方式;要想对优秀运动员有效实施个性化教育,必须在以下三个方面具有良好的保障,即管理者端正态度,训练、管理与文化教育相协调,具备良好的物质条件,以及运动员具备认真的学习态度和较强的学习能力。

Individualized education of the elite athletes was deeply analyzed by using the method of documentation, qualita- tive research and logic analysis based on the case study of national freestyle aerial team. And significance of implementing the individual education, as the result shows,is embodied in three aspects as follows ： putting the education of athletes into effect, arousing the enthusiasm of athletes and enhancing the efficiency of study. And three ways of study should be applied to the individual education like independent study, network teaching and ＂home delivery ＂ teaching. To implement individ- ual education of elite athletes effectively, three things should be guaranteed, namely, the coordination of the manager＇ s atti- tude, training and management and the education, a good physical condition and athletes＇ serious attitude as well as strong ability of study.
