Survivin、CD105在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测乳腺癌组织中生存素(Survivin)、CD105的表达,探讨二者相关性及其临床病理意义。方法应用原位杂交、免疫组织化学及图像分析技术检测60例乳腺癌和10例正常乳腺组织中Survivin mRNA、Survivin蛋白的表达,并计数CD105微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)。结果乳腺癌中Survivin mRNA、Survivin蛋白及CD105-MVD表达均明显高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.01)。乳腺癌中Survivin mRNA和蛋白表达均与临床分期有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、病理分级、腋淋巴结转移及雌激素受体(estrogenreceptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)均无关(P>0.05)。乳腺癌中CD105-MVD表达与组织学类型、病理分级、临床分期及腋淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及ER、PR均无关。乳腺癌中Survivin mRNA与Survivin蛋白表达具有一致性(P<0.01),Survivin mRNA、Survivin蛋白表达与CD105-MVD表达均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin与CD105在乳腺癌中表达均上调,二者参与乳腺癌的发生发展并在血管生成中起协同作用。
