摘要
目的研究高中生的心理健康状况;为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和青少年调查问卷对哈尔滨市3所不同类型高中的高一至高三869例学生进行调查。结果全体受试高中生的心理问题总检出率为48.33%,其中强迫占首位。男女生的心理问题表现各有侧重;三个年级间中度以上心理问题检出率的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.022);高中生的自感压力(r=-0.261,P=0.000)、师生关系(r=-0.137,P=0.000)、同学关系(r=0.121,P=0.000)、亲子关系(r=0.198,P=0.000)这四个变量与其心理健康水平存在统计学联系。结论高中生的·心理健康水平不容乐观并受诸多社会心理因素影响;应有针对性地加强高中生心理健康干预。
Objective To study psyehologieal state of students in high schools and provide the theoretical foundation for developing psychological education pertinently. Methods Using Symptom Cheeklist90(SCL--90) and Research Scale for Adolescent, sampling survey was conducted in 869 students (gradel- 3) from 5 different high schools of Harbin. Results The psychological problem ratio was 48.33%. Among these problems, obsession led all the others. The psychological problems of male and female presented differently. The severity of psychological problems among the three grades was statistically significant (P = 0. 022). Self--induction pressure (r =- O. 261 ,P = 0. 000) .teacher--student relationship (r =-0. 137, P = 0. 000). classmate relationship (r =0. 121, P = 0. 000), parent--child relationship (r = 0. 198,P =0. 000), the four variables existed statistically significant association with the level of psychological health of the students. Conclusions Mental health of high schools students is poor and it is affected by many social psychological factors. Psychological intervention for high school student should be enhanced pertinently.
