摘要
目的:探讨我院抗肿瘤中药注射液的应用规律。方法:对我院2008—2010年抗肿瘤中药注射液的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计。结果:2008—2010年抗肿瘤中药注射液销售金额分别占抗肿瘤药销售金额的13.03%1、3.68%、17.44%。近年来,康艾注射液销售金额约占抗肿瘤中药注射液销售金额的1/2,艾迪注射液DDDs排序一直居前位,榄香烯注射液和康莱特注射液DDDs排序一直居末位。结论:抗肿瘤谱较广,兼有增强免疫、镇痛作用的抗肿瘤中药注射药物临床使用较多,价格低的更易受到医生和患者青睐。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the regularity of the use of antitumor Chinese herbal injections in our hospital.METHODS：The use of the antitumor Chinese herbal injections in our hospital.During the period 2008-2010 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS：From 2008 to 2010,the consumption sum of antitumor Chinese herbal injections accounted for 13.03%,13.68% and 17.44% of total antitumor drugs respectively.The consumption sum of Kangai Injection accounted for half the total antitumor herbal injections.In terms of DDDs,Aidi Injection took the lead whereas Lanxiangxiru Injection and Kanglaite injection occupied the last two places.CONCLUSION：The use of those Chinese herbal injections with broad anti-tumor spectrum and immunity-enhancing and analgesic action was frequent in our hospital and those with low prices are particularly favored by both physicians and patients.
