221例抗菌药物等所致双硫仑样反应文献分析

Disulfiram-Like Reaction Induced by Antimicrobial Drugs or other Factors:Literature Analysis of 221 Cases

目的:分析由抗菌药物等所致双硫仑样反应的临床表现和因果关系,以提供防治措施和药学监护。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库及维普中文科技期刊文献数据库,收集2006—2010年国内文献报道的抗菌药物等所致双硫仑样反应。结果:双硫仑样反应多发生于中年人群组(41～50岁),反应累及器官和(或)系统主要为中枢神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统和心血管系统等。结论:饮酒后致双硫仑样反应是完全可以防范的,患者在用药期间及用药后5～14 d应忌饮酒以及服用含有乙醇的药物制剂。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the clinical manifestation and causation of the disulfiram-like reaction induced by antibiotics or other factors so as to provide preventive measures and pharmaceutical care.METHODS：By retrieving Chinese journal full-text database and Chinese science and technology periodical database,the case repots of disulfiram-like reaction induced by antibiotics or other factors published in domestic literature from 2006 to 2010 was collected.RESULTS：The disulfiram-like reaction induced by antibiotics or other factors mostly occurred in the middle aged group（40-50 years）,in which,central nervous system,respiratory system,digestive system and cardiovascular system etc were the main organs and（or） systems involved.CONCLUSION：The disulfiram-like reaction induced by alcohol drinking is entirely preventable.Alcohol or alcohol-containing drugs are contraindicated in patients during or 5 to 14 days after medication.
