我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物干预管理

Intervention Management on Perioperative Use of Prophylactic Antibiotics for Patients Undergoing Type Ⅰ Incision Surgery in Our Hospital

目的:规范医院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物的预防性应用,考查、分析并探索合理的干预管理措施。方法:对我院2010年Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的干预管理情况进行回顾性分析,考查干预管理效果。结果:通过12个月连续性干预管理,我院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物,术后停药时间干预初期1月份合格率为73.64%,12月份达到97.3%;术后停药时间≤24 h的比例1月份为0%1,2月份达到43.92%。结论:医院制定的围术期抗菌药物使用管理规范及Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的干预管理措施总体有效、可行,达到了预期目标。但是抗菌药物使用率较高,需引起重视,进一步加强抗菌药物使用管理,规范临床医生用药行为,提高抗菌药物应用合理性。

OBJECTIVE：To standardize the prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery in our hospital and to investigate,analyze and explore reasonable intervention management measures.METHODS：The efficacy of intervention management on prophylactic use of antimicrobial drugs patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision surgery in our hospital in 2010 was analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS：Through 12 months＇ consecutive management intervention,the qualification rate of duration of postoperative drug withdrawal rose to 97.3% in December from 73.64% in the initial stage（January）.Postoperative withdrawal time of ≤24 h was noted in 0% in Jan.as compared with 43.92% in December.CONCLUSION：The management norms on perioperative use of antibiotics and the intervention management measures on perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation are effective and feasible and up to the expected goal.But great attention should be paid to the high rate of antibiotic use by tightening control on the use of antibiotics and standardizing clinicians＇ medication behavior in an attempt to improve the rationality of the use of antibiotics.
